Search by Address

Search by Address will locate the parcel associated with an address. You can enter a house number and street name, and go directly to a parcel. Or you can enter only a street name and get a list of address for that street.

Search by Owner

Search by Owner will allow you to enter a owner's name and get a list of parcels owned by that individual. Owner names are stored by Last Name - First Name format. You can enter only a portion of the owner's name and you will get all parcels that have 'Smith' anywhere in the owners' name. For example - if you enter "SMITH" you will get parcels with the following owners:

SMITH MARY
SMITH JOHN AND JACK FROST
JOHN DOE AND SMITH CHUCK
JANE DOE AND SMITHSON ROGER
The search results are limited to only 400 records. If your initial search returns more than 400 records try to refine your criteria. For instance in the example above, "SMITH" will return more than 400 records. However, "SMITH J" will limit the search results to less than 400 records.

Search by Parcel ID

Search by Parcel ID allows you to enter a Parcel ID and locate it on the map. Parcel IDs must conform to the following format CCCIGPPPSSL where:
CCC = CLT Map #
I = Insert
G = Group
PPP= Parcel Number
SS = Parcel Number SubUnit
L = Condo Letter

The CLT Map number and Parcel Number are represented by three numric digits (where zeros are important). The Insert and Group fields may be blank. However, you will need to insert a space for these.

Road Intersection Search

This will allow you to find intersecting streets. Enter a steet name without the street type (e.g. enter "MAIN" not "MAIN ST"). The query will do some "fuzzy" matching on the street name and try to find a the correct streets. For example: you can enter "EMERY" and "I75" for you streets. The search will find the intersection of "EMORY RD" and "I75" even though Emory Rd was misspelled.

Parks and Greenways Search

This search tool is only available under the Parks and Greenways Theme. It allows you to select a park type (e.g. County Park, City Park, Golf Course, etc.) It will then load a second selection box with available parks. Simply select a park and the map will be updated automatically.

Find a School

This search tool is only available under the Schools Theme. It allows you to select a school type (e.g. High School, Middle School, etc.). It will then load a second selection box with the available schools. Simply select the school and the map will be updated.
