Quick Start Tools

Quick Search

You can use the Quick Search tools to quickly navigate to a property. To use one of these tools, click on the appropriate Quick Search tab:

Matching records are listed in the Results tab.

To search by Address

  1. In the Enter Address text box, type in a valid address.
    • Enter house number, street name and street type for a single address result.
    • Enter street name and street type to return all house and unit numbers on that street.
    • Enter street name only (no street type) to return all house and unit numbers on any street with that name regardless of street type. 
  2. Click on the Search button to search for the property by address entered.
TIP - To search for a unit use one of the following key words to designate the unit: unit, apartment, apt, suite, ste, or #. Be sure to include a space between the unit key word and the unit number.
For example "606 Main St Suite 150"

Address Builder

If you are unsure of the address (house number, street name or spelling), use the Address Builder tool.

  1. Click on Address Builder link to open the Address Search window.
  2. Type in the Street Name (or partial string)
  3. Select from the list of matching Street Names below.
  4. Select from the list of valid Address numbers to the right.
  5. Select from the list of valid Unit numbers (optional)
  6. Click on the Search button to search for the property by address entered.

To search by Parcel

  1. In the Enter Parcel text box, type in a valid parcel number.
  2. Click on the Search button to search for the property by parcel number entered.
TIP - Enter the parcel ID without spaces. For example "133PE04900H" or "081HA018"
If there is no Insert or Group value in the parcel ID then put a single dash between the map number and parcel number. For example "133-00701V" 

To search by Owner

  1. In the Enter Owner Name text box, type in the owner name.
  2. Click on the Search button to search for the property by owner name entered.
TIP - Enter the owner's last name first (no commas).
For example "Smith John"

To search by Intersection

  1. In the Enter Intersection text box, type in the street name & street name.
  2. Click on the Search button to search for the street intersection entered.
TIP - Enter the street name and then the intersecting street.
For example "main st & locust St"

Intersection Builder

If you are unsure of the intersecting roads (street name or spelling), use the Intersection Builder tool.

  1. Click on Intersection Builder link to open the Intersection Search window.
  2. TType in the Street Name (or partial string)
  3. Select from the list of matching Street Names below (Street 1:)
  4. Select from the list of valid intersecting Street Names to the right (Street 2:).
  5. Click on the Search button to search for the streets entered./li>
