Browser Compatibility. This website has been designed for Microsoft's Internet Explorer 5.5 and above. Netscape 6.02 is also supported.  Older versions of IE or Netscape may not work correctly.  Your browser must support frames. Recommended Setup. This website is best viewed with a high-resolution video card at a resolution of - 1024 x 768 and colors set to "True Color(32bit)". It is also recommended that you have a broad band internet connection (i.e. Cable Modem or DSL). Since this site is used by City, County, and K.U.B. employees, you may notice increased performance during non-business hours.
