New City Control Points Theme

A new theme has been added to the KNOXnetWhere? mapping website. City Engineering maintains survey control points throughout the city which can be seen on the City's website :  http://www.ci.knoxville.tn.us/engineering/civil/surveypoints.asp.  The mapping data is hosted by KGIS.  A round disk is placed in concrete for each one of these points for surveyors to reference.  The city added over 70 new points and flagged the ones destroyed by construction or demolition.  The City maintains over 1100 active survey control points.
