I would like to take a look at some deeds but can't find a place to register. Can you help please?

Brenda,
Via KGIS there are a couple of ways that one can access deeds:
• Online Reports: Owner Card Report – on the report itself, the book/page/instrument numbers are hyperlinked, and allow for direct view of the documents that are stored on the Register of Deeds system.
• KGIS Maps: Get Full Parcel Details – In the Parcel Info “bubble”, click on the “Get Full Parcel Details” tool to get a Details List (along the left hand side of the screen). In the Parcel Information Section of that Details List, you’ll see the most recent Recorded Deed for that Parcel.
However, the Register of Deeds does not make available all of its deed types to KGIS. For more advanced searching, or access to those “other” deed types, along with subdivision plats, you’ll need to subscribe to the Register of Deed’s subscription service. To find out more about that service, and its cost, you can contact the Register of Deeds Office at 215-2330.
I hope this helps. Please give us a ring at 215-2641 if we can be of further assistance.
