A new Fire Districts map theme has been added to KGIS Maps to display the respective Fire Response service areas within Knox County. Currently, Knox County is divided amongst four different fire response service providers: the Knoxville Fire Dept. (KFD), the Rural Metro Fire Dept. (RMFD), the Karns Fire District (KARNS FD) and the Seymour Volunteer Fire District (SVFD).
